Shauna Gara

Growing up, I spent my entire childhood in Northeast Philadelphia. I always loved the sense of community and decided to raise my own family here. I enjoy living in the city, but the city life isn’t for everyone. Real Estate enables me to help people find homes in the areas they love too; not only in Philadelphia, but in all the surrounding areas. Prior to pursuing a real estate career, I spent ten years raising my three children while working in and out of a job in the physical therapy field. Therapy is rewarding, but I was always intrigued by houses. I love how every single house, just like every single one of my clients, are unique. I strongly believe that having compassion and empathy for patients has carried over to my work in real estate. I care about people and genuinely want to help my clients find their perfect home. When I’m not out and about selling real estate, I enjoy being outdoors with my family. We love the beach, and we love hiking and camping. I am calm, kind, and hardworking.
