My career in real estate began with obtaining the real estate sales license in 1976. Continuing to complete additional real estate course education, I obtained the Associate Broker License in 1981. Because knowledge of real estate was my top priority, additional continued education and testing allowed me to obtain the Industry Designations of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Real Estate Specialist (CRS), Certified New Homes Sales Professional (CSP), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and At Home with Diversity (AHWD). Penn State was my school of choice and the full 180 hours of real estate courses were completed to receive their Real Estate Education Certificate. Top provide maximum client representation I additionally completed their Para Legal and Property Causality Insurance programs and received additional certificates for both course studies. Having knowledge of those disciplines has allowed me to offer complete service to my clients in all aspects of buying and selling real estate. As my career developed I became a Founding Partner in Adelphia Real Estate School and obtained approval from The State Real Estate Commission to become a Real Estate Instructor and enjoyed teaching and preparing new students for licensing exams for over ten years.
