One of my favorite experiences in Real Estate, is when I was tasked with helping a client sell
their Mothers home who recently passed away. We had the property under contract and the Buyer was being COMPLETELY unreasonable (which as you can image was tough after losing a Mother). I advised my client to reject all of the Buyers terms and put the property back
on the market. We ended up getting a FULL price offer with no additional conditions attached to the sale. It made me feel great to help that family during such an emotional time.
