Buying or selling a home is a vastly complicated process and can be overwhelming. As a former high school teacher, education is a passion of mine. I make education on the process of buying or selling a property a priority so that the homeowner or homebuyer is my partner throughout the process. As such, I make sure to stay on top of market and neighborhood conditions, while regularly attending continuing education courses to ensure that I am able to educate and guide my clients throughout the process. My goal is always to build a lasting relationship with each of my clients built on results, trust, education, and integrity. My family lives and serves in our community through our work with The Seeing Eye training guide dogs, local food banks, local charitable foundations, and our church. Being community-minded is a core value in my household as well as the foundation stone of my business. As a Realtor, I treat each and every client like family, working diligently to guide them through the home buying or selling process. I realize that my clients are entrusting me with what is often their largest financial decision, and I value and respect the trust that they place in me. I work tirelessly to represent my clients’ interests above all others. Whether clients are buying or selling a home or searching for investment properties, I use my knowledge of the area along with communication and negotiation skills to obtain the results my clients deserve and demand. I am thankful for the lasting relationships and friendships I have formed with clients over the years, especially as they have referred their own families and friends to me Being a wife, mother, and Realtor, multi-tasking and problem-solving are skills I have honed over the years. I use my negotiation skills and knowledge of market conditions, financing, local neighborhoods and schools to advocate for my clients’ interests every day and to get them the results that they demand and deserve. I pride myself on always being available and responsive to my clients and treating them like family. As the saying goes, “If you want something done well, get a busy woman to do it!”
